1. Provide after-sales and pre-sales technical services to customers, collect and provide feedback on product quality information;
2. Responsible for the installation, debugging, technical training, maintenance, and upgrading of products sold by the company in the local area;
3. Cooperate with business personnel to collect, organize, and provide feedback on customer rate data and other related information;
4. Responsible for the distribution of spare machines or accessories required for maintenance and the collection of payment for accessories;
5. Collect and submit maintenance records, feedback forms, delivery notes, receipts, after-sales service reports, travel expenses, and monthly/annual work summaries in a timely manner, and be responsible for their accuracy;
6. Take good care of the drawings, tools, instruments, materials, and prototypes received;
7. Carry out the information transmission of the company's after-sales policies and documents to customers.
